Overview

LiveOrder Pro (“the Extension”) is a Chrome browser extension for live sellers on TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. This privacy policy explains what data the extension accesses, how it is used, and how it is stored.

Data We Access

The extension reads the following data from live stream pages when actively running:

• Live chat comments — comment text and author display names from TikTok Live, Facebook Live, and YouTube Live pages
• Page content — only the live chat section of supported streaming platforms

Data We Do NOT Collect

LiveOrder Pro does not:

• Collect, transmit, or share any personal data with any server or third party
• Store passwords, payment information, or financial data
• Access your browsing history
• Track your location
• Use analytics or tracking tools
• Send any data over the internet

How Data Is Stored

All data generated by the extension (product catalog, order history, stock levels, chat history, license key) is stored locally on your device only using Chrome’s built-in chrome.storage.local API. This data never leaves your computer.

License Key

If you purchase a license, the license key you enter is stored locally on your device using chrome.storage.local. It is never transmitted to any server.

Permissions Used

storage	To save your product catalog, orders, and settings locally on your device
sidePanel	To display the order management dashboard alongside your live stream
activeTab	To read live chat comments from the currently open live stream tab
scripting	To inject the chat-reading script into TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube live pages
host_permissions (tiktok.com, facebook.com, youtube.com)	To access live chat on these specific streaming platforms

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share any user data with third parties. No data leaves your device.

Data Retention

All data is stored locally on your device. You can clear all stored data at any time from within the extension (Settings → Clear all orders).

Children’s Privacy

This extension is intended for use by business owners and online sellers. It is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
